  10. Material and boards labeled 18+ are under no circumstances suitable for those below 18.
  11. Material which is uploaded to SpChan does not pass through any type of inspection before it is available for everyone.
  12. Material may be deleted without the consent of the uploader.
  13. The material found on SpChan falls under Swedish law and if you're in a different place the material might break local laws in your area.
    SpChan does not encourage anyone to break local law and can not be held accountable if you link material that breaks local law.
  14. If you find material that may be seen as illegal according to Swedish law or that belongs to you;
    Please send a mail detailing where you found it to spchanreport@gmail.com and put Report as the subject.
    NB! The email must be written in either Swedish or English and only contain the word Report in it's subject for it to be properly handled.
    If the email fails any of these two criteria it will be completely ignored.

  1. When using this service information such as IP-address, web browser and other non-personal information is stored.
  2. Each time you upload anything to SpChan you are publishing material in a public place.
  3. When uploading material you will be identified as the author.
    Assume that everything that you publish on SpChan will be stored indefinitely together with the IP-address you used at the moment of publishing.
    4. Password
  4. The password is used for erasing your own posts.
    5. Cookies
  5. This page uses several cookies for these reasons:
    1. Last used board.
    2. Settings for showing 18+ material.
    3. Last used name for posting.
    4. Last used password for posting.
    5. If the user has read this document.
    6. Sharing information with third party.
  6. All the information (except passwords, md5hashes and IP-addresses as this is seen as private) is public.

  7. Private information such as IP-addresses may only be shared in special cases such as:
    1. Between the moderators of SpChan or those with permission to read the databases.

    3. In case the user permits us to share the information.
    4. In case it is being collected by a spider or a bot for site-statistics.
